Something about investment
About a year ago people were talking about the recession and the world economic crisis. But time flies and and now we are talkig about the recoveries and where to invest for us to take advantage during this recovery period. Investment is very good and I think that everyone should learn how to invest. The most common kind of investment is in the equity fund or the stock market. A few years ago we saw many people in the US or in China became rich overnight because of the run in the Dow Jones as well as other regional market.
For those who are not really familiar with investment, it is better that you start to learn a bit, by reading some investment books or attend some investment talk by banks or some investment house. Investment is not so difficult if we can control ourselves. Many could still remember the days of the dotcom bubble where thousands of millionaires were created and when it burst out, there were thousands too left with millions of debts. As a results out financial system failed too as what we saw to the Citigroup or the AIG.
Whenever there is a downfall, there is sure going to be some kind of recovery and the good news is we are in the recovery period and we are in a perfect time for us to plan our investment. It is expected that the fastest recovery and growing region in the next few months will be China. We can see from the recent market movement that China stock has been increasing steadily and it is still expected to go furthermore. Economy in China is boosted by the economic stimulus package by the Chinese government and thus there will be some big positive impact to the domestic market in China.
That will of course will give a big positive regional markets like Japan and Southeast Asia as China is such a big market. Situation in the US is still left unknown for a while and we can expect some good signs as early as next year. But we can be very sure that the recovery is not really too far ahead.
